Abstract

Our online enterprise, E-pharmacy, sells prescription pharmaceuticals and medications while fulfilling orders from clients by mail or other channels. Online pharmacies are one of the technical innovations that will likely generate a lot of demand in the near future. Customers' positive attitudes about making purchases online may not always translate into frequent purchases. In the context of online pharmacy shopping, this study aims to investigate the relationship between customers' perceptions of values and risks and their attitudes and behaviors when making purchases online. Online drug purchases are very common due to their convenience and global appeal. Businesses market everything from pharmaceuticals to other medical supplies via their online platforms. The Indian healthcare industry is growing quickly, and both online and physical pharmacies are currently functioning on an equal footing.
