Abstract

It is the simplest of technologies that truly change and revolutionize the world. Despite the advent of technology, there are still many dangers, even in our own home. One of the most common places where accidents happen in our house is the kitchen. This system defines a method for safety of those who love to cook as well as reduce the manual labor required in the kitchen by using a total of 5 modules. The modules include a smart container; gas leakage detection; smoke detection; smart stove and a user interface in the form of a website. This website will inform the user that the respective groceries should be replenished in his/her pantry and also will contain a database for the recipes for the items registered in the system to help the user whenever he/she is indecisive on what to cook.
